We are Intuition Therapy Collective, a group of highly experienced mental health providers who are passionate about what we do. We have eight independently licensed therapists with diverse and extensive clinical experience in their specialties as well as two Doctoral-level psychiatrists. Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing helps individuals process traumatic memories that have an emotional charge. It involves recalling traumatic events while simultaneously engaging in bilateral stimulation (eye movements or hand pulses). This process aims to reduce the distress associated with the memory and help the individual process it in a healthier way. It is very effective for treating trauma and anxiety.Read More
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. Once the negative images have been replaced by positive ones, the triggers will be gone. This is done quickly, with results in as little as 1-3 sessions.
