CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS IN-OFFICE & VIRTUALLY
I am a student intern working toward a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University under the supervision of Danielle Free.
I am committed to supporting and walking alongside individuals on their personal growth and healing journey. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with a Christian-Based perspective, however, I strive to meet clients in the place that they are at regardless of spiritual beliefs. I believe that we are not meant to do life alone and people grow and develop when they feel seen, known, and loved. I view every client holistically, meaning that a person is made up of an integration of the mind, body, and spirit. I understand the pain and struggles that come with a journey towards healing and I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic space for individuals to share their stories while working together towards restoration and healing. I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges, cultivate resilience, and live more fulfilling and purposeful lives.
