The ITC Shed Community Space

Our little shed out back is now fully stocked with yoga & meditation gear for up to eight and chairs & tables for groups and meetings up to twelve.  

Look for upcoming events like our recent Yoga for Mindfulness donation-based series which benefited local non-profit Dining with Dignity.
