I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Grief Informed Professional. I holistically support those struggling with grief, trauma, chronic pain, and ADHD with contemplative neuroscience and contextual behavioral strategies.
One of life’s unavoidable experiences is stress which can cause overwhelming neurological, hormonal, physiological and psychological reactions creating symptoms that can make managing even basic daily tasks difficult. Together, we will implement strategies that influence the body’s ability to calm reactive stress cycles naturally and create the right mental environment for meaningful reflection, awareness, balance and insight.
Using an integrative, strengths-based approach we will identify your unique set of values and goals to create realistic and intentional treatment pathways. I blend strategies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, contemplative/mindful interventions, focused thought meditation/movement and experiential activities.
